Deposit & Payment Policy:

A deposit of $250 per person is required upon booking the tour. This deposit cannot be refunded after three (3) days from day of booking. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Bookings received less than 60 days prior to departure must be accompanied by full payment. Greek Village Tours reserves right to change the package price for the client before the deposit is made in case of change of fees. Rates are subject to change if unforeseen circumstances beyond Greek Village Tours control occur i.e. increases imposed by hotel and tour operators, currency fluctuation, increased government taxes, fuel surcharges etc. A group of ten or more is required to guarantee price quoted on website.
Cancellations & Refunds:
The client has the right to cancel his/her trip at any time. All cancellation requests must be in writing and go into effect 24 hours after the date they reach our office. If the cancellation is made after the deposit has been sent there is no refund of the money. In the event cancellation of a booking is requested less than 60 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule.

Land Arrangements:
Greek Village Tours has right to substitute services or accommodations in similar categories for items listed on web pages due to unforeseen circumstances. However, Greek Village Tours will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. Greek Village Tours does not charge extra for conducting itineraries, creating personal programs or making changes in the tours and packages. However, the cost of the additional program or tour is the responsibility of the client. Sequence of events and places visited may change from the order shown due to circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility:
Greek Village Tours acts as an agent for services provided by operators herein and cannot be liable for any services provided listed in this website/brochure or any other services incidental thereto. Greek Village Tours and /or their agents will not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, delay, injury, illness, loss, damage, or nonperformance occurring in connection with these tours. We are not liable in the event of damage, accident, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. Greek Village Tours will not accept responsibility for any fault, default, or negligence by hotel owners or employees. The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute to the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, when the passengers are not on board its aircraft. Greek Village Tours and/or their agents are not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. Greek Village Tours will not be held liable in any way for any of these possible occurrences. Any resulting loss or expense must be borne by the client.
Passenger Responsibility:
Passenger has read the above terms and conditions and agrees to each of them. Passenger hereby warrants that they fully understand each of them. Specifically passenger understands that should he/she cancel their trip for any reason, passenger will be charged the cancellation fee set out in the "Cancellations & Refunds" section. A deposit will represent acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions.
Air Transportation:
Tour packages do not include travel to or from JFK Airport, New York. Departures can be arranged from any US , but will incur a supplemental charge. Air-Inclusive packages are subject to availability and advance notice.
Travel Insurance:
Travel Insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling outside of the USA. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Greek Village Tours strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
Passport/Visa/Health Regulations:
All clients must have a valid passport. Visas are not included in the travel arrangement and will not be arranged by Greek Village Tours. It is in the traveler's own interest to make himself/herself familiar with special visa or health requirements for his/her nationality. Greek Village Tours does not take any responsibility for any circumstances in connection with Passport/Visa/Health requirements. It is solely the client's responsibility to ensure that all documents needed are complete and current. Any physical or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at time of reservation.
Not Included in Tour Price:
Passport and visa fees, laundry services, phone calls, beverages and meals not indicated in the itinerary, all gratuities of any kind, items of a personal nature, excess baggage and baggage handling, optional tours and shore excursions.
